Precast of Donut-shaped Super Cell flow-guiding mechanism

For purpose to flush out sediments from bottom of piles, load cells have to be designed to guide fluid that flows through it during concrete casting process. Here are brief introductions of the procedures to precast flow-guiding-cones on Donut-shaped Cells.

1. Upturn the donut-shaped Super Cell and put it on even ground. In the meantime, hydraulic hose, connectors of grout pipe, rod extensometers etc. on the other side should be protected.

2. Pour concrete into cone-shape flow-guiding mechanism, and tamp with vibrating spear thoroughly – to make sure the concrete is stiffer than the pile shaft’s stiffness.

3. Super Cell should be left for the concrete to dry for at least 10 hours. Do not move the cell in the meantime.
